Our Story
Military veterans have valuable and unique skill sets that bring immediate and long-lasting value to organizations; however, many veterans fail to effectively translate those military skills into corporate skills when applying for quality jobs once their military service concludes. Likewise, few corporate leaders fully understand how to leverage mission and mission support skills to increase productivity, profitability, competitiveness, and desired culture.
Project RELO, established in 2016, is a not-for-profit organization focused on improving the quality and number of jobs being made available to veterans by:
- Educating corporate leaders on the value veterans can bring to their organization
- Working side-by-side with hiring managers to ensure successful on-boarding
- Helping veterans translate military skill sets into corporate value
- Working side-by-side with newly hired veterans to ensure a successful transition and a lasting career.
Military Instructors
The current and former military instructors provide keen insight into the hard and soft skills that so many of our veterans possess. Yet in the process of instruction and demonstration of these skills and their highly tuned leadership skills, they will build the network and relationships with exactly the people they are instructing.
These same veterans are those that are looking at successfully ending their service to our great nation, and begin a new chapter of their lives working for the executive participants they are training.
There is no better job interview than a Project RELO Mission.

Executive Participants
Executive participants receive the most immersive, and best leadership training available anywhere. Period.
They also learn through observation and demonstration the quality and character of our veterans and come to understand and appreciate that our former military members possess the skills so necessary in today’s workforce.
And if that isn’t enough, consider that the once-in-a-lifetime experiences shared by participants during a Project RELO mission, which builds high functioning teams and relationships at light speed.
