Discovering a Competitive Advantage

The upper hand

Organizations need to hire and retain the best talent. However, a resume or college transcript cannot tell you if a person is dedicated, a problem solver, a team player, or a driven, ethical leader, but honorable military service can!  Hire the professionals with the skills that elevate your teams to the highest level of performance and create a distinct competitive advantage for your company.

We help you achieve this advantage via two powerful programs:

  1. ProjectRELO Exec™
  2. ProjectRELO Certified Company™

ProjectRELO Exec™

In order to truly understand the skill sets, challenges, “team first” mentality, and work ethic that veterans bring to the table, business leaders must experience what they have experienced firsthand.  ProjectRELO missions are designed to allow you to experience military activities in an environment that allows you to quickly align veteran skills to your corporate needs, thus achieving business return from day one. By participating in a ProjectRELO Mission and becoming a ProjectRELO Exec™, you will have taken the first step to understanding and leveraging veteran skill sets, thereby creating a distinct advantage for your company.

"This leadership training, unlike anything I had experienced before, is based on a unique training model and is truly life-changing"

ProjectRELO Certified Company™

ProjectRELO Certified Companies are places where veterans thrive because RELO has worked with the employers to help them understand how to on-board veterans and leverage their non-entitlement culture of integrity, team-first, and mission-oriented point of view in order to achieve individual and corporate goals.

We help you achieve this certification by working side by side with you during and following a veteran placement. This means in-person, teleconference, and video coaching, mentoring, and advising on what the ideal employee looks like, how to achieve success, and how to avoid common hiring pitfalls. Additionally, we stay actively involved with you as well as the veteran for six to twelve months to ensure proper alignment and satisfaction for all parties involved.

Testimonials
Patrick Emmons
CEO - DragonSpears
I’ve been involved in ProjectRELO for almost 2 years now. Each mission I participate on adds an incredible amount of value to my life. I meet incredible people from the military as well as the civilian world. I come away learning something that I can use to become a better founder, father, husband. The greatest part is the relationships I’ve built with everyone else.

Production Manager - Supreme Lending
As a military veteran, I was lucky enough to be apart of Project RELO’s mission 16. At first I didn’t quite know what to expect… wasn’t sure if it was going to be the typical leadership and team building experience full of trust falls and classroom environments that could put you to sleep no matter how many cups of coffee you have. I can honestly tell you that Project RELO has taken leadership and team building to the next level.
Shelli Nelson
Managing Director of Talent Acquisition - Madison Industries
Participating in a Project RELO mission is an experience that I will reflect on and share for the rest of my life. The wisdom shared and experiences we all had the opportunity to partake in have impacted the way I look at day to day challenges in professional and personal life.

XO - Executive Officer
I thought I knew a lot, I thought i knew most of the answers. In just a little over a year after being introduced to Project RELO, I can tell you there has never been a program, a non-profit, a company, that has displayed that, it in fact, knew what they were doing. During this time, as a CEO of a company, it has been expressed to me that there is a mindset that needs to be changed. After being on several missions through the organization I have learned some of those techniques And I use those today. Through the leadership of this organization I have changed everything that I knew, my company’s policy, the way I think and simply that way in which I live. I now get it. And I now want to be a part of the solution, so much so, That I have changed my life around me so that I can be more a part of the organization and help make a difference. I truly believe that this organization is making a dent and changing lives so much so that companies are increasing their profits, increasing their productivity, and they’re changing their mind set on how they feel, think, and look at veterans that served this country. They looked at Veterans as heroes, and maybe they still do, but now they see them as an asset to their company. That is because Project RELO teaches leader ship. It changed me, now I get to change others. I’m all in. For life!.

VP, Brand Leadership - Doner
I feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered Project RELO and the remarkable people behind this critical mission. It was by chance that I met Casey who was representing the organization at a Veterans hiring event. The meeting was brief but powerful. Casey exudes genuine passion and commitment to this cause. That brief conversation led to my participating in #15 mission with Project RELO. This leadership training, unlike anything I had experienced before, is based on a unique training model and is truly life-changing. Led by two exceptional facilitators, Military members (present and past) are paired with business executives to work together through multiple scenarios, while along the way uncovering the many parallels between military and corporate culture. The experience is designed to guide military members through their transition into civilian positions with the intent to find positions that are more closely aligned with the high level of training and skills they’ve acquired throughout their service. However, the experience is invaluable for both the military member/veteran and their civilian counterpart. The group discussions are thought-provoking, engaging and lead to powerful introspection. The mission of this organization is as noble as those who it supports. And it’s one that has earned my unwavering support and trust. I am eternally grateful for this experience and for those whom I had the pleasure of meeting. I look forward to helping Project RELO increase their visibility and presence across the country.

Corporate Communications - Verizon
I have been working with Project Relo and their team for a little over a year and am absolutely blown away by not only their commitment but by the impact they are making all across corporate America. Project Relo is an exceptional organization, reaching senior leaders across all industries who would otherwise have very little knowledge of and experience with our military and exposes them to best we have to offer. I would strongly recommend a mission to any company that cares about our country and is willing to invest in bridging the gap that exists and is growing between the men and women who serve and the citizens of our nation.
Jim Colbert
Executive Director - Heroes Linked
The Project RELO mission was one of the most profound professional and personal experiences that I have participated in. It further opened my eyes to the the intangible qualities veterans can bring to the workforce. The relationships forged over those 3 days continue today and will serve the mission of career building for veterans and to the success of those companies that proactively seek to hire them.
