The Mission within Our Missions

Project RELO transforms our understanding of the value and character of our veterans through intensive and immersive business leadership training exercises. We do this by pairing teams of executives with transitioning veterans in an exhilarating leadership curriculum, executed in partnership with our U.S. military sponsors and hosts. Run like a military operation on department of defense facilities, participants bond over scripted and unscripted adversity; deep and meaningful relationships are forged as teams are forced to rely upon one another to navigate through prepared objectives. Domain experts in these environments, veterans demonstrate their knowledge, selflessness, mission-orientation, ethics, and competence. It is here that Project RELO begins to change the mindset that they are not heroes, but rather strategic assets, and that hiring a vet is more than a social good, it is simply good business.

RELO Sentinel is our premier leadership development experience, where veteran experience in the field builds strength in the boardroom.  Veterans don’t just talk leadership – they live it. RELO Sentinel teaches how to lead with clarity, courage and accountability when it matters most.

“The time to prepare a leader is before the chaos begins.”

RELO Forge is our veteran only mission, where bonds are reforged. Where warriors return – not to rest, but to rise again. RELO Forge draws from the discipline of the phalanx – tight formations, mutual reliance – and the transformative heat of the forge – where pressure and fire create something unbreakable.

This is not therapy. This is transformation.

This is not about recovery. It’s about reactivation.

This is RELO Forge.

Watch how Project RELO accomplishes its mission in these short films

RELO Sentinel - Clarity. Alignment. Execution. Under pressure.

RELO Sentinel isn’t about teaching what it means to be a veteran—it’s about feeling it. Through shared hardship, trust-building, and tactical operations, participants gain a deep, personal understanding of veteran value—unlocking them as strategic assets for business. Experience the kind of unity and mutual reliance that allows military units to execute flawlessly under fire. Sentinel builds this same “elite glue” into executive teams.

It’s not a workshop. It’s not a simulation.
It’s a battlefield-grade proving ground where leadership is stripped of pretense, rebuilt with purpose, and sealed by trust.

RELO Forge - Purpose Reforged. Brotherhood Reforged. Self-Reforged

RELO Forge aren’t retreats – they’re crucibles. Designed to reignite identity, discipline, and connection. The origin of the phalanx, a tightly packed military formation, can be traced back to ancient Sumeria in the 25th Century BCE. As with the phalanx, every veteran locks shields with the next. You are stronger when you stand together, as one. Veterans leave RELO Forge not only with a renewed belonging – but a mission to Forge others.

No One Returns Alone

Bob Passini, CEO, FPI

"Project RELO was a game-changer for me and my leadership team. It stripped away titles and forced us to lead with clarity, purpose, and trust. The veterans who guided us didn’t just teach us new skills; they reshaped how we think, act, and succeed as a business."
