What is RELO Sentinel?

At its core, RELO Sentinel is a leadership proving ground — one forged in the lessons of military service and tailored specifically for corporate America. It’s where corporate leaders step into an environment shaped by veterans who’ve lived through high-stakes decisions, relentless teamwork, and unyielding accountability.

When Project RELO was founded in 2006, our mission was clear: to change the way corporate America views military veterans in the workforce. Too often, hiring a veteran was seen as a gesture of goodwill, a social responsibility — not as a strategic business decision. Our founding members, many of whom served and later transitioned into corporate careers, recognized this gap and resolved to bridge it.

How RELO Sentinel Started

RELO Sentinel was born from that very mission and has existed alongside Project RELO since day one. It’s not a classroom. It’s not a conference room workshop. It’s an immersive, real-world leadership experience where corporate executives, managers, and emerging leaders are put in dynamic, uncertain environments — guided by veterans who’ve led teams in some of the most demanding situations imaginable.

What makes RELO Sentinel unique is that it’s tailored to each organization that requests it. Our team works directly with corporate leadership to understand your challenges, leadership culture, and business objectives. Then, we build a bespoke experience that accelerates team cohesion, sharpens decision-making under pressure, and fosters the kind of leadership resilience that businesses need in today’s fast-paced world.

RELO Sentinel Experience

The results speak for themselves: companies walk away with leaders who don’t just manage adversity — they embrace it. Leaders who don’t just talk about teamwork — they live it. And leaders who come to value the skills veterans bring to the corporate world, not as a charity hire, but as a strategic asset.

RELO Sentinel isn’t about military training — it’s about applying the principles of military leadership to modern business, led by those who’ve lived it. It’s where leaders are forged by warriors.
